XD continues to lead AI projects (Wang Jia) yesterday, according to the Provincial Department of science and technology, the National Natural Science Foundation of China announced the list of projects approved by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2019. A total of 1437 projects declared by units across the country have been approved. The total number of projects approved is over 42000, with a total amount of 21.3 billion yuan
according to the statistical data of various provinces, Beijing is still in the lead, with 6605 projects and an amount of more than 4.1 billion yuan, accounting for about 15.5%. Jiangsu and Shanghai ranked second and third. Shaanxi ranks second in the world with 2188 projects, with an amount of about 1.04 billion yuan, and continues to rank sixth
according to the statistical data of various units, Shanghai Jiaotong University still ranks first, while Sun Yat sen University and Zhejiang university rank second and third. Xi'an Jiaotong University has 468 projects, with an amount of about 230million yuan, ranking 12th. Northwestern Polytechnic University, the Air Force Military Medical University (the Fourth Military Medical University), Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology, Northwestern University, Northwestern University of agricultural technology and Shaanxi Normal University ranked 25th, 43rd, 46th, 52nd, 56nd and 92nd respectively
artificial intelligence is an area of concern in recent years. According to the statistical data of artificial intelligence projects involved in the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2019, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology has the largest number of projects, up to 18, ranking first among colleges and universities, with a project amount of about 24million yuan in order to achieve this point. In 2018, there were 20 AI projects approved by Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology, also ranking first. It reflects that Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology has strong strength in the field of artificial intelligence
