A new type of composite flexible packaging functional film has been launched in batches.

Recently, after three years of joint research and development by Huangshan Yongxin Co., Ltd. and Hefei University of technology, the first new type of composite flexible packaging functional film successfully manufactured in China has been put on the market in batches by comprehensively using multi-layer coextrusion blow molding functional film technology, solvent-free composite technology and high-speed wide film flexographic printing technology. This achievement won the first prize of 2011 Anhui Provincial Science and technology progress award

it is understood that this 7-layer ultra-thin coextruded functional film can be used to produce transparent high resistance membranes for the packaging of cold meat products, sausage and other foods by changing the formula and structural design of the functional film according to the needs of customers. It is used for the weight loss of wood flour in the packaging of chemical raw materials, rice bags and petrochemical products at 110 ℃ and 130 ℃, mainly the high-strength heat sealing film of water evaporation packaging and the high-temperature cooking resistant film of cooked food packaging ready to eat. After testing, the new composite flexible packaging functional film meets the national standards, reaches the level of international well-known brands, and some indicators even exceed international well-known brands

at present, domestic flexible packaging materials are mostly made of two-layer or three-layer films through solvent based adhesive bonding technology. There are many raw materials, complex process, high labor intensity and long production cycle. In addition, organic solvents have an impact on the environment and human health, and the subsequent drying process consumes a lot of energy. Huangshan Yongxin Co., Ltd. and Hefei University of technology have made innovations in key technologies such as ultra-thin multi-layer coextrusion functional film structure, solvent-free bonding adhesive, high-speed wide film flexographic printing, and in the formulation and process design of ultra-thin 7-layer coextrusion functional films such as transparent high barrier functional films, cooking resistant functional films, high-strength functional films, New breakthroughs have been made in the research of new solvent-free two-component adhesive and the technology of integrated high-speed wide flexographic printing, breaking the barriers of foreign green production technology of composite flexible packaging, successfully solving the key problems that cannot be broken through in the domestic flexible packaging industry at present, and realizing the greening of products from the aspects of printing, lamination and film preparation, achieving the purpose of benzene free, non-toxic, non polluting and reduction. At present, the products have been applied to P & G, Nestle, kraft, Bayer, Heinz, Mead Johnson and other well-known brands, and some products have been exported to more than 10 countries and regions in Europe, the United States and Southeast Asia
